Terms of use
These terms apply to the website rinora.in and the public Rinora demo. They are offered by Assentio Mentium Global Technology Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”). By using the website or the demo, you agree to them.
1. What Rinora is
Rinora is software that banks, NBFCs, co-operative banks, MFIs and other lenders use to manage their loans. Rinora does not give loans, does not decide who gets a loan, and does not collect money from borrowers. Every loan in a lender’s Rinora system is given by that lender, under its own licence and policies.
2. The demo
The public demo uses sample organisations, people and figures. Names such as Kaveri Loans, Narmada Bank and Shubh Loans are examples, not real lenders. Do not enter real borrower data in the demo. The demo’s OTP and identity, bureau and payment steps are simulated.
3. Information on this website
We describe features as accurately as we can, and we show which services work today and which connect after a contract with an outside provider. Descriptions are general information, not a promise of specific results for your organisation. The terms of any paid use of Rinora are set out in a separate written agreement.
4. Acceptable use
Do not try to break, overload, copy or reverse-engineer the website or the demo, access data that is not yours, or use them for anything unlawful.
5. Intellectual property
The Rinora name, logo, software, designs and content belong to Assentio Mentium Global Technology Pvt Ltd. You may share links to the website and the brochure. Any other use needs our written permission.
6. Liability
The website and demo are provided as they are, for information. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from their use, or from decisions made only on the basis of this website.
7. Privacy
How we handle details you send us is explained in our privacy policy.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of Assentio Mentium Global Technology Pvt Ltd will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
